4. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
Providing the requested tire/roadside assistance service
Evaluating and responding to customer requests and complaints
Carrying out customer relationship management
Measuring and improving service quality
Conducting advertising/campaign activities and analyzing advertising performance (Google Ads/Analytics)
Fulfilling legal obligations
Following up on requests and complaints
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, within the scope of the conditions set out in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK, to:
Foreign-based technology providers we receive services from, such as Google Ads / Google Analytics (for statistical/advertising purposes, on a limited basis),
Legally authorized public institutions and organizations, when requested.
Your data is never sold or rented to third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing, subject to the statute-of-limitations periods stipulated in applicable legislation. Upon expiry of the retention period, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
7. Rights of the Data Subject
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to Saflas to exercise the following rights:
Learn whether your personal data is being processed
Request information if your data has been processed
Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
Request correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly
Request deletion or destruction of your data within the conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
Request that the above correction, deletion, or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
Object to a result that is to your detriment arising from the analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems
Request compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing of your data
